Julio is bilingual and is fluent in Spanish and English. He comes from the financial service industry with over 20 years of experience and currently possesses a broker license in the financial investment sector. Julio has learned to be a professional negotiator, problem solver, and a trusted advocate. He loves putting these skills to use in his real estate career and is committed to the highest level of professionalism for all of his clients. He is also a professional chess player who won many chess tournaments throughout the years including the first Charlotte’s Chess Tournament in 2016 taking in 1st place in the U1800 Section. When asked about his hobbies and how that has helped him in his real estate career, this is what he had to say:
